Thank you for choosing DrBillsAcademy. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are final.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our packages, including but not limited to:
- Discounted Prop Firm Accounts
- Copy Trading Services
- Forex Trading Training
- Trading Signals
Once payment is made, access to exclusive content, signals, or accounts is immediately granted, making refunds impossible.
2. Package Upgrades & Changes
- Customers may upgrade to a higher-tier package by paying the difference.
- Downgrades or cancellations will not result in partial refunds or credits.
3. Subscription & Lifetime Plans
- Monthly & Timed Packages (e.g., VVIP Monthly, Education 3 Months) expire automatically and will require renewal.
- Lifetime VIP Package is a one-time payment with permanent access and cannot be refunded after purchase.
4. Disputed Payments
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to the suspension of your account and legal action if necessary. If you experience any issues, contact us at Support@drbillsacademy.com before taking further steps.
